Cameron Everett is a Product Manager at Digital Matter, responsible for the company’s sensing and data-logging product range, including the Hawk platform. He holds a Bachelor of Biomedicine with a focus on Bioengineering Systems from the University of Melbourne and previously worked as a systems engineer, designing, testing, and validating hardware products from prototype through to manufacture. At Digital Matter, Cameron works closely with engineering, sales, and customers on product roadmap development, advanced technical support, and real-world sensor integrations. He is a frequent contributor to Digital Matter’s technical documentation, authoring in-depth guides on sensor configuration, firmware behaviour, power management, and device operation. Focus areas: IoT sensing and data loggers, sensor integrations and interfaces (I2C, RS485, Modbus), edge device firmware behaviour, power and battery management, industrial IoT deployments.
