Our mission is to help businesses connect, protect, and derive more value from their assets. As a leading global innovator, developer, and supplier of IoT solutions, we drive continuous innovation to enable our partners to deploy confidently at scale worldwide.

We’re excited to share that we are extending our Manufacturer’s Warranty from one year to two years, effective immediately!

  • As of November 1, 2021, Digital Matter’s hardware warranty is now 24 months (2 years)
  • The new two-year warranty applies to all new orders as well as retrospectively to orders invoiced on or after November 1, 2019
  • The two-year warranty period commences day of order dispatch

Our warranty reflects our commitment to manufacturing and supplying our partners with industry-leading GPS and IoT hardware that performs better, lasts longer and reduces OPEX costs for businesses.

More importantly, extending our warranty also allows our partners to sell and deploy Digital Matter devices with confidence, knowing every device is engineered to outperform and individually tested prior to shipment.

“Producing asset tracking hardware with rugged excellence has been key for Digital Matter from the very beginning,” says Ken Everett, CEO and Founder, Digital Matter. “The design, manufacturing and testing processes we have, and years of proven ongoing success of device operation in the field, reinforces Digital Matter as a market leader in low-power, high-performance devices.”

Warranty Details

Digital Matter offers a Manufacturer’s “repair or replace” warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of dispatch of the Product from Digital Matter. The period begins when Digital Matter ships the device to the customer. Faulty devices should be returned to Digital Matter, at the customer’s expense, for analysis. Devices assessed to be faulty under this warranty will be repaired or replaced at Digital Matter’s expense, which is limited to Digital Matter’s cost of the repair or replacement device plus standard postage to return the device to the Reseller. This Manufacturer’s Warranty excludes any malicious damage or damage caused by use of the device outside of its specified operating parameters, exposure to lightning or power spikes, or damage caused due to incorrect installation of the device.
